PSCS, the first generation of our Automation, Control, and Supervision platform, based on Data General/Digital -RTOS/RSX11.
1997
First orders for the development, design, and supply of remote data monitoring ad acquisition devices from SNAM Rete Gas Primary Distribution Network (APS devices). These supplies will continue with the series production of the custom devices PIDA (2000-2016), RTU 3G (2008-2016), and UM-UM Leak (2016).
1999
Supply and installation of remote control system for Milan city public lighting, on behalf of AEM Milano.
2000
Start of realization of remote control and monitoring system for Italian railway traffic, using UAS and nanoUAS type RTUs, on behalf of Ferrovie dello Stato (TSF/RFI). New installations and enhancements of the system are still on-going.
2003
First installation of a remote control system equipped with the eXPert LDS module, that ensured Leak Detection functions to Libyan Gas Transmission System project conducted by Eni Greenstream.
2006
Supply of STS System for centralized remote control of STOGIT natural gas storage sites.
2008
Innovative application of OxyFuzzy patented technology in a DCS system for the remote control of water treatment plant of Carini, in cooperation with Brescia University.
2010
First among the supplies of complete SCADA / Country Control Room systems for remote control and monitoring of wind and solar plants, on behalf of Enel Green Power. New installations are still on-going thanks to projects involving Italy, Romania, Chile, Panama, South Africa, and Peru.
2011
Change in the legal status, from S.r.l. to S.p.A. (LLC to Inc.).
2013
Supply of SIAM System, which performs the acquisition of primary gas distribution network custody transfer values, on behalf of E&P.
2015
Thanks to the supply of Bordolano plant metering-custody transfer system (Stogit) and remote control systems for Trans Mediterranean Pipeline (TMPC Ltd.) and Transitgas pipeline (Transitgas AG), Sdi now manages more than 70% of Italian natural gas, both stored or transferred.
2016
Supply of the remote control system for the entire Eni-Syndial TAF network, which ensures the industrial groundwater treatment, constituted by a central SCADA, 14 remote plant SCADAs, a Central Control Room and system interface with Eni’s Green Data Center.
2017
eXPert® oE, the latest release of Sdi’s integrated platform, which introduces new technologies and features in Industrial Automation world.
