Our Technical Director coordinates and traces the guidelines for both Software and Hardware R&D departments. A pool of technicians who are highly experienced in designing industrial automation solutions are at your disposal to propose the most brilliant, powerful, and innovative ideas with a cost-pertinent eye.

SOFTWARE R&D DEPARTMENT

Research and development of new products and solutions represent our core business: everyday, our ever-expanding Software R&D Team is dedicated to development, upgrade, and enhancement of eXPert® platform products and to Customer support.

HARDWARE R&D DEPARTMENT

In the same way as our Software R&D Team, also our Hardware Laboratories are completely devoted to design and construction of advanced Industrial Automation devices. We ideate and assemble them in-house in our Trezzano sul Naviglio site, that also is ranked among MIUR Research Laboratory as an example of our daily effort in innovation and technology advancement.

COMMERCIAL OFFICE

A mix of young energies and deep knowledge of relevant markets constitute our Commercial Office. Sdi’s Key Account Managers are a true reference point to our Customers, wherewith direct contact is essential. The deep technical preparation of our staff allows to study together the best suitable solution for each challenge.

Our Marketing Office deeply analyzes trend of the complex Industrial Automation market, to ensure being able to supply cutting-edge solutions and up-to-date with Customer’s needs. We support everyday research and development activity by focusing on the most relevant technologies able to provide us a competitive advantage on our competitors and transfer this benefit to our Customers.

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Thanks to the presence of a substantial number of installed systems steadily increasing, Sdi has created an entirely dedicated Business Unit to corrective/enhancement maintenance services and assistance contracts management.

Our technicians are able to perform both on-site and remote Hardware/Software maintenance, on Italian and international territory, during working hours or H24/365 on-call services.
